Tour the property
Hoffman's leasing team coordinates in-person or self-guided showings.

Submit your application
Apply online. Each applicant 18+ applies separately. $45 application fee.

Screening
We review credit, income (3x rent), rental history, and run a background check.

Sign your lease
Approved applicants receive a lease via secure e-sign and pay the security deposit.

Move in
Ox hands you the keys, a welcome packet, and your portal login.
Application requirements
- Income of at least 3× monthly rent (verifiable)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Two most recent pay stubs or proof of funds
- Past two years of rental or ownership history
- Credit check (minimum score requirements vary by property)
- Rental insurance required before move-in
